In August 2018, the company signed an investment agreement with Jiaxiang County, and construction began at the end of December. On June 18, 2019, the new factory relocation was completed, and it was also designated as the company on this day. On the anniversary of the factory, we completed the national high-tech enterprise certification in 2020, launched the listing plan by the end of 2021, completed the upstream material end merger and acquisition in 2022, and achieved full industry chain connectivity. In 2023, we launched synchronous expansion of three major bases, At present, the expansion project is progressing smoothly. Jining and Qujing are about to start production, and Hengsheng is about to enter a new era of high-speed development.

Over the past 9 years, Hengsheng people have been sailing together through thick and thin, never giving up. From the initial 6 people, they have grown to a scale of more than 500 people today. By the end of 2024, they will have more than 1000 employees, each familiar and steadfast, laying the foundation for Hengsheng's rapid development. The addition of new faces brings vitality and vigor to the company, driving its continuous growth and growth.

Over the past 9 years, riding the momentum of industrial development, Hengsheng people have worked hard and made remarkable progress in their output value growth, from several million to tens of millions and even hundreds of millions, with an average annual growth rate of over 70%; Last year, on our 8th anniversary, we were still cheering for the monthly output value to exceed 60 million. This year, 60 million has become the basic number. From January to May 2023, sales increased by 46% year-on-year, and profits increased by 44% year-on-year. We have been continuously creating new records for the development of Hengsheng. This is the result of all Hengsheng people's unity, hard work, and progress.
