According to data from the Silicon Industry Branch, the price of polycrystalline silicon continued to decline this week, with N-type prices relatively consistent and P-type prices chaotic. The transaction price range of n-type rod-shaped silicon is between 41000-45000 yuan/ton, with an average transaction price of 43000 yuan/ton, a decrease of 5.08% compared to the previous period. The transaction price range of p-type dense materials is 34000 to 39000 yuan/ton, with an average transaction price of 37300 yuan/ton, a month on month decrease of 4.36%. The price difference of n/p rod-shaped silicon is 0.44 million yuan/ton. The transaction price range of n-type granular silicon is 37000-39000 yuan/ton, with an average transaction price of 37500 yuan/ton, a decrease of 6.25% compared to the previous period.

Obviously, the current price has exceeded the cash cost of all production enterprises. Under high inventory pressure, some small and old production capacities have been shut down for maintenance. The vast majority of enterprises have a strong willingness to support prices and choose to hold on to low prices.

2、 Silicon wafer

In terms of silicon wafers, the average transaction price of P-type M10 single crystal silicon wafers (182 * 182mm/150 μ m) dropped to 1.25 yuan/wafer this week, with a decrease of 20.4% compared to the previous week; The average transaction price of N-type G10L single crystal silicon wafers (182 * 183.75 mm/130 μ m/256mm) dropped to 1.24 yuan/piece, a decrease of 11.4% on a weekly basis; The average transaction price for N-type G12R single crystal silicon wafers (182 * 210mm/130 μ m) is 1.71 yuan per wafer; The average transaction price of P-type G12 single crystal silicon wafers (210 * 210 mm/150 μ m) dropped to 1.9 yuan/wafer, a decrease of 8.65% compared to the previous week. The average transaction price of N-type G12 single crystal silicon wafers (210 * 210 mm/150 μ m) was 1.94 yuan per wafer, a decrease of 11% on a weekly basis.

This week, two leading and integrated enterprises significantly reduced their operating rates. On the one hand, top companies initially held up prices and did not ship, resulting in current inventory fully meeting downstream procurement needs. It is meaningless to produce more silicon wafers at the current cash loss price. On the other hand, it is significantly more cost-effective for integrated enterprises to outsource silicon wafers compared to their own production, so they adopt methods such as silicon material outsourcing, dual distribution, and direct procurement for operation.

3、 Battery components

Since the beginning of the year, the prices of battery components have also continued to decline, with a maximum decrease of 28% for batteries and a maximum decrease of 11% for components.
